I have had massages before and have always had that painful "I worked out too hard yesterday" feeling the next day. I have also had massages that were painful in the process but did not leave me feeling relaxed. When I went to see Tonia it was after a friend recommended her and I called her and thanked her the day after my massage. I felt wonderful!! Tonia took the time to ask questions about problem areas, stress level, how deep of a massage I was after, etc.. She also did everything possible to make me comfortable with her as a new person who I had never met before (that would be seeing me wearing a sheet!). She educated me on how to hydrate and care for myself following the massage so I would not have the soreness the next day. I cannot say enough about the positive experience with Tonia!

I would recommend Tonia as a Massage Therapist, she often runs excellent specials which attracted me first and the quality kept me coming back for more. Recently I was in a car accident and she rearranged her schedule so that she could help me that day with the pain I was having. I had tried several other therapists who couldn't help me that day, it was nice to have someone caring enough to rearrange their life to go out of their way to help someone else. Tonia is top rated in my book

I have had several massages from Licensed Massage Therapists in the past and Tonia is by far the best! She communicates with you to determine what specific problem areas to focus on and makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way. She also gives you ideas on what you can do in between sessions to help ease aches and pains. I would highly recommend Tonia for your next massage!
